Alexandra Wentworth was born on Jan. 12, 1965, growing up in a political household in the Georgetown area of Washington D.C. that included an older brother and sister and three half-siblings. Her mother was a social secretary for Nancy Reagan; her father, a staff reporter for The Washington Post; and her stepfather a Washington correspondent for The London Times.
