Sofia Vergara And 15 Of The Best Dressed Women At The 2014 Emmys
The 2014 Emmy Awards telecast on Monday night wasn't much to write home about, trudging along in mediocrity save for a few above average moments.

Even the fashion this year was so-so. Few stars stood out this year -- a stark contrast to Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards -- and, of course there were some bad dresses, but even the bad wasn't that bad (well, if you take Lena Dunham out of the equation).

Starting off with three women whose amazing curves were on display all night, Modern Family's Sofia Vergara, True Detective's Alexandra Daddario and Mad Men's Christina Hendricks, these 1...

'Bachelor in Paradise' Recap: Cody/Macklemore is a Sweetheart, AshLee is a Dangerous Nutcase

August 26th, 2014 8:40am EDT
Bachelor in Paradise
Is anyone drawing up a flowchart for "Bachelor in Paradise?" Because this is a show that needs ample flowcharting. It's difficult enough that our kooky tropical dating show is a hefty two hours long, but it's near impossible to keep track of the many love triangles, love quadrangles, and love parallelograms that have cropped up among our many Paradisers.

Example: Michelle likes Robert, but Robert likes Sarah- oh, and Graham is, like, totally into Michelle, even if Graham has been going steady with AshLee this WHOLE TIME, and then Cody shows up and puts the moves on Michelle but now Kalon ...

'Under the Dome' Season 2, Episode 9 Recap: Spirals, Spirals Everywhere

August 26th, 2014 8:12am EDT
Under the Dome
Put aside that Emmy chatter for a moment. It's time for a series that couldn't win an Emmy if there was an entirely separate ceremony just for shows about domes.

It's "Under the Dome" time, people. And in true "Under the Dome" form, this week's episode- "The Red Door"- was both charmingly stupid and stupidly fun.

Let us begin.

"The Red Door" is an exciting hour, but one of the side effects of introducing an entirely new setting (the great Domeless; the outside world) is that we've got all kinds of players scattered across a vastly increased landscape. Luckily, the episode ties everyone ...

The 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards take place tonight in Los Angeles. Perhaps you have been preparing for the ceremony by scrolling through a list of past winners. If so, you have probably noticed a lot of names that you barely recognize - unless you have watched every single TV show ever.

When it comes to quality television, there are certain actors who did fine enough work on one or two shows to win an Emmy or two but never really became famous beyond that – the Peter MacNicols and Tyne Dalys of the world.

Emmy history is littered with unpredictable results, thanks to the TV Academy’s p...
