The New MTV Video Roundup Ep. 11: King Dude, Lower Lands, Outline in Color, Prince Rama, Jonti
With so many excellent videos floating around, sometimes you just cant get to them all, but we here at Get eXposed Music surely can. As we continue to pick up the slack for MTV (even though they still have a Music Video Awards show for some reason), use these videos to enrich your life with the sound of music (of something hokey like that).
King Dude - "I'm Cold"
Following the recent release of his new album Burning Daylight, King Dude starts his West Coast tour this evening. To celebrate the occasion, he's sharing a new video for Burning Daylight cut "I'm Cold". Watch the sinister Justin Oakley & Amanda Row-directed video here.
Lower Lands - "Socialise With Closed Eyes"
Lower Lands have released a new video for 'Socialise With Closed Eyes'. Fans can get a copy of the single and a B-Side 'Conversation 2.0' by joining our mailing list at www.iammightyrecords.co.uk. The band says of the new clip - "The video is kind of our take on the whole reservoir dogs thing. It's like "what if we took this open letter to this person, but then kidnapped them and read it directly to them?"
Outline in Color - "The Chase Scene"
Outline in Color has just unveiled a new music video for “The Chase Scene” off their debut LP Jury of Wolves. Check out the new video, filmed and produced by Garrett Danz Films (http://www.GarrettDanz.com).
Prince Rama - "Those Who Live For Love Will Live Forever"
To bring you their new video of Top Ten Hits of the End of the World band I.M.M.O.R.T.A.L.I.F.E.'s video for "Those Who Live For Love Will Live Forever", Prince Rama teamed up with the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles. The MOCAtv-commissioned video feels like a glimpse into the future through an ancient VHS tape.
Jonti - "Saturday Night"
Jonti shares a newly reworked single "Saturday Nights." Originally titled, "Saturday Night Songs," from his Sine + Moon album on Stones Throw Records, Jonti went back into the studio with Peanut Butter Wolf to create a fully fleshed arrangement, "Saturday Nights."
