Harrison Ford in Star Wars With Disney set to produce more Star Wars movies after buying up LucasFilms, a star of the classic trilogy now says he's open to being part of the sequels.
Harrison Ford, who (if you live under a rock) played Han Solo, has said he's excited to be a part of the upcoming films, according to Entertainment Weekly. "Harrison is open to the idea of doing the movie and he’s upbeat about it, all three of them are," the mag quotes from a reliable source. If you are wondering who the "all three of them" is referring to, that'd be the rest of the main cast: Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.
This is despite Ford's earlier disdain for the character. He told ABC news in 2010, "As a character he was not so interesting to me." In the same chat, he went on to say his character was written to die in Return of the Jedi, but creator George Lucas preferred to sell more toys of the character instead.
