Shakira Leaving 'The Voice,' Christina Aguilera Returning

Shakira Shakira will be leaving music talent competition The Voice after one year at the judges' table to take care of her 4-month-old son, Milan Pique Mebarak - and a familiar face could be replacing her.
"I was so happy to do 'The Voice' but at the same time, I was really struggling with the fact I had to leave my nest with my little baby," Shakira told Access Hollywood.
Shakira joined The Voice this season along with Usher, to replace departing judges Cee-Lo Green and Christina Aguilera. The departing judges cited ongoing projects taking up too much time to be a part of the show. Producer Mark Burnett explained at the time this could be a common ocurrence, due to The Voice striving to have current music stars as their judges - and those stars having busy recording and touring schedules.
However, Aguilera is now reportedly being offered her old judging job. Access Hollywood reports producers are trying hard to get the pop star back on board, offering around $17 million for her return.
