Fashion Fails: Maggie Gyllenhaal Is Swept Away, Solange Knowles Tries To Bring Back The 90s, More

Maggie Gyllenhall It's Fashion Fail Time! That means we take a break from letting you know how good all of your favorite stars look to show the other side of fashion: the fails!
Maggie Gyllenhall donned this oceanic number for the premiere of her new film White House Down, which, we are pretty sure, does not take place in the sea. An odd theme to be sure, but the knitted gown and large "belt" just look tacky.
Solange Knowles is devastatingly-90s in this outfit. Maybe she's trying to bring the decade back (it worked for the 80s a while ago), but we're not sure anyone is going to follow her after this effort.
Miley Cyrus took to the streets of New York City looking positively Eastern. It appears to be a mash-up of Thai, Indian, and Chinese style. At least she's wearing enough clothes this time.
Do not adjust your computer monitor. Katie Holmes wore this static gown and topped it off with a blinding-pink section.
We will never buy into animal print style - leave it on the animals. Moon Bloodgood tries on this leopard-spotted dress to no avail, and it looks extra sloppy due to her black bra showing through.
We've seen bows before on outfits and we're generally not a fan. We suppose we have to doubly-dislike Hayden Panettiere's attempt, then. The assorted pebbles on her vest just add to the oddity.
Pharrell Williams takes a page from Jaden Smith with this ugly, super-long dress shirt - which he makes even worse by buttoning the very top without wearing a tie.
