Courtney Love 'A Little Obsessive' With Finding Lost Malaysia Flight, Posts Her Best Guess
Courtney Love has joined the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
Love posted a section of the ocean from Tomnod to her Facebook page and wrote, "I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick… prayers go out to the families #MH370 and its like a mile away Pulau Perak, where they "last" tracked it 5°39'08.5"N 98°50'38.0"E but what do I know?"
Tomnod, a crowd-sourced map that allows users to browse and search the world, has become a tool for thousands of people to look for clues related to the missing plane.
Unfortunately, Tomnod wrote on their Facebook page they have already investigated the area and found no clues as to the whereabouts of the missing plane. "Sometimes our eyes see what we want them to see: Just got note from our analysis team who has been digging in to map #128148. Although it is still an interesting clue, it is looking much more like the other boats operating in the region. Keep up the good work."
Love has since admitted she's "a little obsessive" when it comes to finding the location of the flight. She told Daily Intelligencer, "Yeah I went to the satellite site and just uploaded tons and tons of pictures. I really doubt aliens took it. It's got to be somewhere. I'm a little obsessive.
"I hope they find the plane, I pray they're still alive, it's sad and my heart goes out to all those involved. It's the least I can do."
