Alternate juror in Michael Jackson trial dismissed

Michael Jackson An alternate juror in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial has been dismissed after revealing he can no longer afford to wait for a possible day in court.

The unnamed man has told Judge Yvette Palazuelos that he cannot keep up rent payments in Los Angeles and maintain a property in Georgia as the trial continues.

He told the judge that he had no idea the trial would take so long when he signed up as an alternate juror.

Thursday (20Jun13) marked the 33rd day of the trial.
