Man arrested for allegedly harassing Miss USA Erin Brady

Erin Brady Police in New York have arrested a man accused of stalking Miss USA, Erin Brady, according to reports.

Lanre Orimabogunje, 28, is said to have made several visits to the beauty queen's Manhattan apartment building and office, and on 5 August (13), allegedly approached her at her home and tried to touch her head.

According to the New York Daily News, he told her, "I’ve been tracking you since you were born. I have GPS (sic). You wear an invisible crown."

The incident was reported to authorities and cops managed to track down the suspect, who had signed his real name in her apartment building's guest ledger.

He was arrested at a Brooklyn homeless shelter on Wednesday night (14Aug13) and has since been charged with stalking in the fourth degree.

Brady, who holds the title of Miss Connecticut, was crowned Miss USA 2013 in June (13).
