Every cut of meat is carefully dry-aged in specially handcrafted aging boxes. They are then chilled to the precise temperature and humidity level, for a minimum of 28 days for the best flavor. This delectable flavor can be found in Benjamin Steakhouse's signature dish, the Porterhouse Steak, which is the personal favorite of Kim Kardashian.
