It has been almost three years since the iconic Michael Jackson passed away, but his legacy continues to live on, both with his own work and that of his legendary last name. Tanay Jackson, niece to Michael and daughter of Tito, has set out to make a splash on her own and what a splash she is making! With the bar set high due to all of her prolific aunts and uncles, Tanay has worked tirelessly to carry on the legacy and devoted her time to education and honing her creativity. An established singer, songwriter and dancer, Tanay is without a doubt destined to carry the Jackson name to new heights.

The public first got a taste of Tanay's artistry by dancing in her uncle Michael's video to the top 5 international hit song "Remember the Time". Armed with the power of knowledge about the business, graduating with a BA in Business Management, Ms. Jackson headed into the studio to begin working on her own original music. With her seductive voice and sharp dance moves she is clearly inspired by her aunt, the incomparable Janet Jackson. Currently working on her debut album, Tanay has set the tone of the album with the release of her infectious re-imagining of the Samantha Fox/ Full Force song "Naughty Girls". The lead single is currently available on iTunes for purchase with an album to follow-up late 2013.  The new video featuring a cameo appearance with Bow Legged Lou of Full Force just released April 2.

Much like her legendary Aunt and Uncle, Tanay has a soft spot for all things philanthropic and doing her best to "Heal the World". She has long been a supporter of the LGBT community and lending a voice to equal rights for all. She also supports causes and organizations promoting women's health and advancement donating to The Breast Cancer Foundation as well as working with various centers assisting battered and abused women. In the past, Tanay shared her passion with the youth, teaching students Hip-Hop and Modern dance technique at the Dancers Workshop in Brooklyn, NY.

Being the descendant of such a prolific and legendary family comes with many privileges and it's own set of challenges. With all the work Tanay Jackson is doing these days, it is more than evident she is ready to take all of the above head-on and carry on the proverbial Jackson torch.
