'Kick-Ass 2': Not As Good As The Original

8/19/2013 11:15pm EDT
Kick-Ass 2
DIY real-world teen crime fighter Kick-Ass is back in Kick-Ass 2 and though fans of the first film may line up around the block to see this film, chances are they will be disappointed. Directed by newcomer Jeff Wadlow, the sequel brings in star power from Jim Carrey this time around as opposed to Nicolas Cage and doubles down on the violence with an unexpected streak of nastiness. Yes, Chloe Grace Moretz is still the scene stealer, Mindy Macready’s Hit-Girl, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson is Kick-Ass, but the film suffers from a case of sequelitis. A lot of familiar faces are back along with chea...

Denzel Washington And Mark Wahlberg Bring A Refeshing Bromance To The Big Screen

8/4/2013 10:38am EDT
Grab that popcorn and soda then sit back and be ready to be blown away because 2 Guns is the perfect mixture of comedy and action. Though the plot of the film is outrageously complex with dozens of twists and turns (and oh no they aren’t going there, but they are moments), Denzel Washington’s and Mark Wahlberg’s chemistry on screen is electric.

Wahlberg is especially happy with this latest twist on the traditional buddy comedy. Usually they’ll take the comedy guy, the really out-there comedy guy, and put him with the straight guy. Wahlberg explains they didn’t want to do that and felt like...

The real shock is it is ACTUALLY A GOOD SUMMER BLOCKBUSTER.
The film is an apocalyptic spectacle that doesn't let up until the end. "It is epically scaled, but it's not a messy, noisy, CGI-bogus, throw-everything-at-the-audience sort of blockbuster. It's thrillingly controlled, and it builds in im...

Before you run out and see the new film,The Great Gatsby, here are three things you should know about The Great Gatsby.

1.Leonardo DiCaprio Was Eeluctant o Play Jay Gatsby
Leonardo DiCaprio told Good Morning America that at first he was reluctant to play the role of Jay Gatsby because he said, "everyone has their own interpretation about these characters." Leo said he eventually was drawn to "the idea of a man who came from absolutely nothing, who created himself solely from his own imagination." ABC's 'Splash' Episode 2 Recap: Blood, Broken Foot And An Almost Wipeout

3/27/2013 2:19pm EDT
ABC's latest "celebrities-try-this" hit seems to be more like an episode of Wipeout then an actual diving competition as the celebrities headed back to the pool to make another splash in episode 2 of ABC's Splash.  Those who hit the pool were Chuy Bravo, Drake Bell, Nicole Eggert, Ndamukong Suh and Kendra Wilkinson.

However, the big news of the night was that Chelsea Handler's little nugget of joy was out of the competition do to a broken foot, but luckily for us viewers at home he was replaced by Splash's alternate, 1999 Women's World Cup Winner and gold medalist soccer player, Brandi Cha...
