Miley Cyrus & Vanessa Hudgens Look Sexy & Sophisticated At Oscar Viewing Party

Stars who didn't attend the Academy Awards had several other parties to choose from on Sunday night. Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens were among those invited to the Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar viewing party at West Hollywood Park.
Vanessa, 23, looked sleek and sexy in a gold strapless gown while Miley, 19, opted for a grey and silver gown with a long train.
