A Young Drake, Not Blue Ivy Carter, Pictured On 'Nothing Was The Same'

Despite a strong resemblance to Blue Ivy Carter, the child featured on Drake's upcoming album cover isn't Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter.
The album, "Nothing Was The Same," has two covers created by artist Kadir Nelson. One features an adult drake while the other features a baby Drake with an afro and a hairpick.
During an interview with MTV, the hip hop star explained, "It's a child version of myself staring at myself now. Sometimes when I try and think back on this journey, it's so hard to pinpoint all of these moments and it gets foggy. What that album art is to me is, like, 'This is my most clean, concise thoughts from now, and my best recollection of then.' That's really what that cover's about."
The album drops on Sept. 24.
Drake performed two songs at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) on Sunday night. He also hit the stage to sing his track "All Me" with Big Sean at Kylie Jenner's sixteenth birthday party earlier this month.
