Previously on, Survivor: After 24 days, seven had been voted out, and no idols had yet been played, leaving three idols still in the game. Keith and Jon are both holding idols, but one has not yet been found. Facing Tribal Council, Reed was the target of the majority alliance. The loss of their tarp was devastating for all when it began to rain, but Julie seemed unable to cope at all. Previously on, Survivor – the tribes switched up, leaving the Coyopa tribe with 3 pairs of loved ones and a single, while the new Hunahpu contained 5 couples and just one pair.

Over at the new Hunahpu camp, Jeremy jockeyed for position, while the lack of food remained a serious problem. Hunahpu asked Jeff Probst if he’d consider a trade in exchange for another bag of rice.
