Heath Ledger’s $3 Million Treehouse For Sale

Heath Ledger The former Los Angeles home belonging to the late actor Heath Ledger has been put up for sale. Listed for $2.95 million, the house in the Hollywood Hills, was home for Ledger and former girlfriend Michelle Williams.

Ledger bought the house from chat show host Ellen DeGeneres in 2005 for $2.1 million.

He and Williams lived there throughout their relationship and the birth of their daughter Mathilda until their split in 2007.

After Ledger’s death in Manhattan in January 2008, the home was put on the market and sold that July for $2.5 million.

The mid-century house is described as ‘the tree house’ and sits on an ultra-private lot filled with sycamores and mature landscaping. The home includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,861 square feet of living space as well as 2,500 square feet of outdoor living space.

Outdoor features include a movie lounge with projector screen, a dining and barbecue space as well as multiple seating areas.
