Now that Tom Brady’s Superbowl aspirations have been axed by the Baltimore Ravens, the New England Patriots quarterback and wife Gisele Bundchen can focus on renovations to their home.
The couple have added a private play area for their two children at their $20 million eco-friendly mansion in Brentwood, California. The swings and slide can now be seen on a grassy hill with a new walled garden area leading up to the private play area for their three year old son, Benjamin Rein Brady, and newborn daughter, Vivian Lake Brady.

This is just one of many additions to the 22,000 square foot compound which features a six-car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, a mini waterfall, a bridge over a small moat which acts as their front entrance, children’s play area, basketball court, a weight room for Tom to train in, a wine cellar and numerous solar energy panels on the roof and one on the side of the hill next to the house.
The mansion is three years in the making after the couple purchased a vacant lot of land on the high-end retail area of Madaville Canyon for $11 million. Neighbors include Heidi Klum, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
