Conviction-7-15-10-001.jpg "Conviction" directed by Tony Goldwyn,is the incredible true story of Betty Anne Waters, an ordinary working class mother of two, who embarks on an 18 year quest to free her brother, Kenny, who's sentenced to life in prison for a murder he didn't commit. Sam Rockwell as Kenny Waters gives one of his best performances to date and Hillary Swank, as his sister, Betty Anne Waters, makes us remember why she won two Oscars. Rounding out the excellent cast is Juliette Lewis, Minnie Driver, Melissa Leo, Peter Gallagher and Clea Duvall. "Conviction" is about one woman, who not only defies the odds as she goes up against a corrupt legal system, but who changes her own life in a way she never thought possible. "Conviction" opens in theaters, Friday, October 16, 2010.
