Review 'Little Fockers': 'Two Jews On Film' Don't Recommend Spending The Holidays With This Family (Video)
'Little Fockers' the third in the 'Meet The Parents' series is directed by Paul Weitz and written by John Hamburg along with three other writers...which is never a good sign. The whole cast is back. It's been ten years since we left Greg (Ben Stiller) and Pam (Teri Polo) They are now the proud parents of twins...a girl and a boy. Greg is still a nurse, but he also heads his own department. Roz Focker (Barbra Streisand) now has her own TV show where she discusses, among other things, Greg's sex problems. Bernie Focker (Dustin Hoffman) is off in Spain learning how to Flamingo. And of course, there's Pam's dad, Jack (Robert DeNiro) Jack still doesn't believe that Greg has what it takes to be the head of the family when he is no longer around. Jack tells Greg that he has to become the GodFocker. This means that Greg must provide the best education for his kids and become financially stable. When Greg and Pam decide to enroll their twins in The Human School run by Laura Dern. Greg needs to earn some extra cash and fast. Along comes a hot sexy drug rep, Andi Garcia (the funny Jessica Alba) who entices him to rep a Viagra type pill that happens to be excellent for heart patients. This leads to a lot of misunderstandings, spying and of course, covert missions by Jack. Kevin (Owen Wilson) is back as Pam's lovelorn ex along with Blythe Danner as Dina, Jack's wife. The film does have some laughs, but unfortunately it's a pale imitation of the first two. The 'Two Jews On Film' could not give 'Little Fockers' a high bagel rating. Opens in theaters, Wednesday, December 22, 2010.
