Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ex-girlfriend Kim Porter has been hit with a lawsuit by her former nanny who is suing for wrongful termination.

Amanda Jansen claims she was hired by Porter in 2011 to care for her three children with Combs and that during her employment she was subjected to poor treatment, lengthy hours and sub-standard living conditions.

In court documents obtained by editors at, Jansen alleges she worked more than 100 hours a week without a proper break and, as live-in help, was never given a room with a working lock and was provided with no furniture other than a bed and desk.

Jansen has filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court against both Porter and Combs' company Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group, claiming that when she eventually complained about her working conditions she was fired.
