The Beautiful Naya Rivera wore a sexy black dress on the black carpet for UNICEF's second annual Dia de los Muertos Black & White Masquerade Ball Thursday night showing lots of leg and a bit of cleavage in her plunging gown.

The "Glee" star arrived to the event, held at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, with husband Ryan Dorsey.

J.K. Rowling has revealed to "Harry Potter" fans that the character of Dolores Umbridge was inspired by a schoolteacher she had a strong dislike for while growing up.

The author posted on her blog Thursday that Umbridge, played by actress Imelda Staunton and one of the most hated Potter characters in the series, was inspired by one of her teachers as a child -- one whose name she won't tell, though.

Rowling posted that the person in question was one "whom I disliked intensely on sight" on her Pottermore.com website on Friday.

Amanda Bynes Leaves Psychiatric Facility, Goes On Twitter Rant
Amanda Bynes, who was involuntarily held at a psychiatric hospital in Pasadena, Calif., for over three weeks, has left the facility. On Thursday, the star's involuntary hold was terminated.

She was being held at Las Encinas Hospital where she was initially placed on a 72-hour hold on Oct. 10 over concerns for her behavior. The hold was later extended an additional 30 days; however, on Oct. 30 she was spotted walking on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles wearing big sunglasses and talking on a cell phone.

The lawsuit brought by the family of late singer Marvin Gaye against Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and T.I. over hit single "Blurred Lines" will go on.

A Judge in Los Angeles ruled that a trial by jury will be needed to decide whether or not the artists sampled music from Gaye's hit song "Got To Give It Up" and infringing on its copyright.

The three stars attempted to dissuade District Judge John A. Kronstadt from moving forward with a trial, but it wasn't enough and a trial will now be scheduled.

Seth Rogen may star opposite Christian Bale in Sony's upcoming film about Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. The actor is in talks to play Steve Wozniak, who created the Apple I computer and co-created the Apple II in the 1970s. Jessica Chastain is also in negotiations for a role, according to TheWrap.

Danny Boyle is directing. Aaron Sorkin wrote a script based on Jobs' authorized biography by Walter Isaacson, based on more than 40 interviews with Jobs conducted over two years.

The family of Sarah Jones, the camera assistant killed by a train during the filming of "Midnight Rider," has dropped Gregg Allman, executive producer Michael Lehman and Open Road Films from its civil lawsuit.

Jones, 27, died in Wayne County, Georgia, on Feb. 20 during a scene being filmed on live train tracks. The crew of the film was shooting a scene on a train trestle when the incident occurred, and Jones couldn't escape the oncoming train.
