Taylor Swift is helping public schools by donating all the profits from her song "Welcome To New York" to the city's educational institutions.

Swift moved to the Big Apple earlier this year, and the song reflects her experiences since she relocated to the city.

"I love it here. I love it so much and I actually ended up writing a song called 'Welcome to New York' about what it felt like to move here and about how it just felt very, very much like endless possibilities and it feels like being unique is celebrated here," she explained during an interview on "The View" on Wednesday.

On Sept. 11, 2012, terrorists attacked the U.S. State Department Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya. U.S. ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and a foreign service worker were killed. During a second assault on a nearby CIA station, two contract workers died.

Hip hop star Suge Knight and comedian Katt Williams have been arrested for allegedly stealing a paparazzo's camera back in September. On Wednesday, Knight was taken into custody in Las Vegas, Nevada, while Williams was arrested while appearing in court on a separate case. Both have been charged with one count of robbery.
