Britney Spears is having a rough go of it following her breakup from David Lucado earlier this week.

The singer posted a video to Instagram telling fans what to do if they're having a "really sh---y day," like the one she had on Thursday when her breakup news broke.

Britney tried to make light of the situation by finding one of the little things to put her in a good mood, but at the end of the video she appears distraught.

Chelsea Clinton Quits NBC Gig
Chelsea Clinton, who is pregnant with her first child, is quitting her job at NBC. Clinton explained on Facebook: "To continue focusing on my work at the Clinton Foundation and as [husband] Marc and I look forward to welcoming our first child, I have decided to leave my position as a NBC Special Correspondent."

The daughter of former President Bill Clinton and 2016 presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, Chelsea joined NBC in 2011. Her work was featured in the "Making a Difference" segment that aired occasionally on the network.

Despite starring in three highly successful, blockbuster "Iron Man" films and "The Avengers," Robert Downey Jr. has praised the latest film from Disney's Marvel Studios, Guardians of the Galaxy, calling it the best yet from the production company.

While speaking on his new film "The Judge," which is premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) next week, Downey Jr. told the Toronto Sun that he loved the film.

"Galaxy in some ways is the best Marvel movie ever," he said. "And it's odd for someone with -- on occasion -- an ego the size of mine to actually say that!"

Harrison Ford returned to work on Star Wars Episode VII this week after recovering from a broken leg he suffered on the set of the film back in June.

The actor, 72, was involved in an on-set accident involving legendary space cruiser the Millennium Falcon, when part of the ship fell on his leg and crushed it.

Initially believed to be a badly broken ankle, Ford's injury actually turned out to be a broken leg, which required surgery and rehab to fix.

The homeless man who Miley Cyrus brought to the MTV Video Music Awards has turned himself into police after violating his probation.

On Sunday, Jess Helt accepted the pop star's award for "Video of the Year" in order to raise awareness about homeless youths.

It was later revealed that Helt was wanted on a warrant for violating probation stemming from a 2010 burglary. Helt also did not keep his probation officer up to date about his whereabouts, failed to take a drug test, broke curfew, and did not complete community service requirements.
