Great White Singer Hospitalized For Horrific Bowel Problem

Great White frontman Jack Russell has been hospitalized in Los Angeles after suffering a perforated bowel.
The rocker is recovering from major surgery after doctors discovered a hole in the bowel wall, which was allowing waste products to flow into his body.
His manager Obi Steinman tells Blabbermouth.net, "It was touch-and-go for about 48 hours whether or not he was going to live. He's been in the hospital for several days, and he's doing a lot better."
The "Save All Your Love" singer faces another operation, but insists he's hoping to make a full recovery and ditch the colostomy bag he has been fitted with.
A statement from Russell reads, "I've felt better, but I've felt a hell of a lot worse. Nothing is going to keep me down. This whole thing definitely makes me appreciate life more than I ever have."
The surgery means Russell will sit out the remaining dates on Great White's 25th anniversary tour. XYZ star Terry Ilous has stepped in to replace him.
