Carmen Electra's Pussycat Dolls Costume - Hot Or Not?

We spotted Carmen Electra in a foxy burlesque outfit prior to her performance with the Pussycat Dolls at West Hollywood's infamous Viper Room. With hair piled high on her head, Carmen strutted out with fishnet stockings, a garter belt, feathered boa and red gloves.
Kelly Osbourne and Mya also joined Carmen and the Pussycat Dolls on stage to perform music from the soundtrack of a new movie called "Sunset Strip."
Several stars attended the invite-only event, including Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria, and Malin Akerman.
