Pregnant Jewel 'Fine' After Car Crash

Pregnant singer Jewel was briefly hospitalised on Friday morning after a volunteer fire truck smashed into the side of her car.
The star did not sustain any serious injuries following the accident in Stephenville, Texas but was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
A representative for Jewel tells TMZ.com, "The singer was taken to the hospital and current medical tests conducted indicate that she and the baby are doing fine."
Jewel announced she was expecting her first child with husband Ty Murray in January.
