Sean 'Diddy' Combs Sued Over 'Making The Band' TV Series

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a lawsuit from a concertgoer who claims he was hit in the stomach with a microphone during the taping of an episode of the rapper's reality TV show Making The Band.
Kevin Faraday has filed a lawsuit stating he was in the audience at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York during filming in 2008 and alleging he was injured by a man who ran onstage in between the performances, according to TMZ.com.
The website reports Faraday has named the show's boss Combs in the legal papers along with his Bad Boy Entertainment company and Danity Kane, a band which formed on the show.
He is reportedly seeking unspecified damages.
