Wes Craven Walking Again After Knee Surgery

Director Wes Craven is back on his feet, three weeks after undergoing knee replacement surgery.

The Scream filmmaker checked into hospital earlier this month in a bid to have joint problems in his right leg fixed and he spent the holidays hobbling around on crutches.

But Craven reveals he's making a fast recovery and can now walk almost unaided.

In a Twitter.com post on Tuesday, he writes, "Knee update: Today's my 3 week anniversary, and I'm off crutches and on just a cane or nothing! Things That Make Me Smile."
