March 9th, 2012 2:44pm EST
Glee creator Ryan Murphy is planning an all-Whitney Houston episode to pay tribute to the late star, according to reports.
The producer/director paid homage to the tragic superstar with a note at the end of the Glee episode which aired the week after the singer's February 11th death - and featured Amber Riley's pitch perfect rendition of Houston's I Will Always Love You signature tune.
And now he's planning to showcase eight of the soul star's hits in an episode that will revolve around Houston's music, according to Eonline.com.
A source tells the website the show will use the music "as a way to say goodbye, a way to respectfully say thank you for her music."
And Glee star Lea Michele appears to have confirmed the news in a tweet on Thursday. She wrote, "Starting a new episode today. A very special tribute to one of the world's most amazing singers."
"Very excited about this one."
