Sofia Vergara Wants To Freeze Her Eggs

Colombian actress Sofia Vergara is considering freezing her eggs as she approaches her 40th birthday - because she's not yet ready to have children with her longtime boyfriend.

The Modern Family star, who has a 19-year-old son, Manolo, from a previous relationship, admits she has no immediate plans to start a family with Nick Loeb - but she wants to at least have the option to when the timing's right.

Vergara tells InStyle magazine, "I guess I am going to think about freezing my eggs."

She has previously confessed she'd think about becoming a mum again if it's truly what Loeb wants - because she's confident he's 'the one' for her.

She said, "We have a very happy relationship... Nick wants babies. Imagine me, again with a baby, when Manolo is 20!

"I guess eventually I'll do it - for love."
