Producer Sues Brendan Fraser For Extreme Mental Anguish & Physical Pain

A film producer is suing actor Brendan Fraser, accusing the actor of beating him up on two separate occasions.
Todd Moyer claims Fraser got drunk at a hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana, a year ago and started pushing him around and verbally threatening him.

On New Year's Eve, Moyer alleges the star repeated the behavior during a meeting about "The Legend of William Tell" when Moyer refused Fraser's request to hire a producer named Charlotte Huggins.

Moyer says Fraser struck him in the chest at least 20 times and he insists he suffered extreme mental anguish and physical pain, according to legal papers obtained by TMZ.com.

The producer is demanding at least $25,000 in damages.

In May, Fraser sued Moyer, claiming the producer and his team caused delays that forced him to pass up other work. Fraser is demanding more than $3 million in damages.
