Nicollette Sheridan Loses Appeal In 'Desperate Houswives' Legal Battle

Former Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan lost an appeal in her long-running court battle with the show's executives on Friday.
The ruling marks another loss for Sheridan as her initial claims of unlawful termination against the show's creator Marc Cherry were dismissed earlier this year in Los Angeles Superior Court, and a case against TV bosses ended in a mistrial.
Her request for a retrial was rejected in August, so the actress took an to appeal to California's Supreme Court.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the court's chief justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye has now ruled against her, saying, "The petition for review is denied."
