'CSI' Star Gary Dourdan Gets 5 Years Probation For Breaking Ex-Girlfriend's Nose

Gary Dourdan After allegedly breaking his ex-girlfriend's nose in a fight last year, former "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" star Gary Dourdan has avoided jail.
The actor was arrested in November 2011 after an altercation with Nicole Cannizzaro at his home in Venice, Calif., and has since brokered a deal with prosecutors.
Dourdan has been placed on formal probation for five years and must also complete one year of domestic violence counseling. He must also get drug counseling to deal with his ongoing drug problems.
According to, the actor must stay away from the victim for five years.
