Kim Kardashian's Maternity Outfits: The Cute & Horrible

March 24th, 2013 5:00pm EDT

Kim Kardashian It's difficult for many women to find the right clothing when they're several months pregnant. And for a highly photographed figure such as Kim Kardashian, multiply that by 100.
The fashion-loving star was already quite curvy before she was expecting, and her style reflected her bodacious bottom and ample cleavage. What's a girl to do when the baby weight starts piling on?
One way is to feature something sexy - like her legs - and minimize attention to the stomach and backside. She looked super cute on Friday while furniture shopping in West Hollywood (pictured above). We really like the short, bunched skirt she paired with stilettos. The look screams hot mama!
But her fashion picks over the last couple of months haven't always been spot on. Check out some of her hits and misses over the past couple of months...

Kim shopping in Beverly Hills, Calif., on March 21. She emphasized her large derriere with a very tight leather pencil skirt. It's not a good look.

Kim at the Bel Bambini baby store in West Hollywood on March 13. Her clothes were loose but not too loose. She looked nice and ready for business.

Kim eating a Pinkberry treat in Beverly Hills. Her dress was so large and flowing it made her look bigger than she actually was.

On March 3, she proved that black is slimming during Paris Fashion week.

In February, she drew comparisons to Shamu the killer whale in this black and white dress. It's a tough balance for pregnant women - too tight versus too loose.

During a babymoon in Rio De Janerio last month, Kim rocked a bright pink flowing dress and neon yellow heels. We'd like to see her in more outfits like this.
