Usually we think about women when we think about plastic surgery in Hollywood. However, plenty of leading men had had some work done to keep their youthful appearance. Here are some male celebrities who have had plastic surgery...
Bruce had a facelift and nose job in the 80s during a rough period in his life. "I had just gone through my second divorce, lost a lot of money. I was in a little dinky house," he told Access Hollywood. Some twenty five years after the procedure, he had a follow-up operation to fix the results.
Simmons and wife Shannon Tweed had facelifts at the same time in 2007. He told People before the procedure, "I was aware I had jowls."
Manilow had a complete upper and lower facelift in 2003, and attempted to disguise himself while leaving the plastic surgeon's office with a wig and dark glasses.
Reynolds admitted he had surgery to fix the area around his eyes in the 1980s but denies having a facelift despite the tight look of the skin on his face.
Kenny's new look is due to a botched eyelid lift. "I'm not happy about it. It drives me crazy," he told People in 2006.
MJ, the King of Pop, was also the King of Plastic Surgery. A doctor told People that he saw Jackson as much as once every two months for a procedure in the 1990s. Jackson has multiple nose jobs, cheek implants, and a fact cleft put into his chin.
Cowell claims he has never had plastic surgery, but admits to regular use of Botox to keep his face tight and several questionable procedures like intravenously taking vitamins.
Sylvester Stallone has never revealed what operations he has undergone. Stallone has been open about the use of plastic surgery, telling People, "Sure. Why not do it? You have body work done on your car."
Despite never losing a matching during his three-year boxing career, the fights left Mickey's face disfigured. The actor says he went to the "wrong guy" for his cosmetic work. He had five operations on his nose and had to fix a broken cheekbone.
Carrot Top has denied having plastic surgery performed, which either means he has great genes and naturally looks like this at 48… or he's a liar.
The 70 year-old Newton has almost certainly had work done, and quite a bit. The Las Vegas star has never admitted to any procedures, but it appears that he has had a facelift, nose job, work on his eyelids, and Botox to keep his forehead sans-wrinkles.
Burns had had dozens of procedures on his face to make him look more androgynous. He told the Daily Mail, "People redecorate their homes every few years and I see this as no different. Changing my face is like buying a new sofa." Burns recently won over $700,000 after suing a plastic surgeon for a botched lip operation.
It's hard to tell if prankster Clooney was serious, but he said in a 2007 interview with Julia Roberts he had some work done around his eyes because "I think it's important to look awake."
Dwayne Johnson had plastic surgery to reduce his breasts due to a case of pseudogynecomastia - in other words, he had too much fat building up over his muscles. For a guy who works with his shirt off, it was important to him to get it reduced back in 2005.
It looks like Clay has had plenty of work done, but he recently admitted to only having his chin operated on. "I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," he told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
