Dennis Sheehan, the longtime tour manager for legendary band U2, was found dead Wednesday morning in his hotel room in West Hollywood.

Arthur Fogel, the CEO of Live Nation, who has worked on tours with U2 and many other big acts, confirmed the death in a statement.

"With profound sadness we confirm that Dennis Sheehan, U2's longstanding tour manager and dear friend to us all, has passed away overnight," Fogel said. "Our hearrfelt sympathy is with his wonderful family."

Ben Stiller's actress mom Anne Meara has died at age 85. The star passed away on Saturday, comedian Jerry Stiller confirmed. The couple were married for 61 years and performed as Stiller & Meara on "The Ed Sullivan Show" and other variety programs.

A Las Vegas coroner has determined that blues great B.B. King died after suffering a series of small strokes. King, 89, passed away in the city on Thursday night just two weeks after he was hospitalized following a small stroke.

His doctor, Darin Brimhall, confirmed King's strokes were related to his diabetes. The cause of death was multi-infarct dementia.
