'Strike Back: Cinemax Season Three' Slams Into Blu-Ray And DVD
Getting a TV show to DVD isn't as easy as you'd think. So many great shows get underwhelming releases that don't do justice to the product they're preserving. That's never been the case with Cinemax's Strike Back, which has always had a home video release comparable to the high quality of the show. It's one of the best TV on DVD releases ever pressed, and that trend continues with Strike Back: Cinemax Season Three, which hits shelves today.

If you haven't seen Strike Back (which you should), you can jump into Cinemax season three without much difficulty. There are callbacks to events of pr...

Michael J. Bassett: Meet 'Strike Back's' Master Of Action
On Cinemax's Strike Back, everyone knows that Michael Stonebridge and Damien Scott are the dynamic duo who save the world. While the characters are being heroes on-screen, he's doing the heavy lifting off it.

We spoke with Michael earlier this month to discuss the development of Strike Back's final season, which premieres tonight, as well as talk about what it was like for him to let go of the series that he helped shape into one of the ...

Alan Ruck Drops Into TNT's 'Major Crimes'
TNT's Major Crimes has a major guest star this week: Alan Ruck (The Whispers), who drops into the police department as a potentially corrupt FBI agent that Captain Raydor and her team are forced to collaborate with. Needless to say, a good time will not be had by all.

Starpulse connected with Alan on Friday to preview his less than pleasant character and talk about how much fun it is to play the guy that people don't have to like. "It's a blast," he laughed. "Maybe it's just because I'm getting older now, [but] I'm getting to play more jerks and creeps."

Indeed, there are no nice words to...

Challenge #1: Sporting Goofs

The guys are working at a local sporting goods store, having to do and say what they're told. Murr gets a terrible opening line, having to say "I feel like a prostitute," which does not go over well with the customer he's helping.
