Oprah Closing Harpo Studios, 200 Employees To Lose Jobs
Oprah Winfrey is moving her business to Hollywood, much to the chargin of 200 of her employees at Chicago-based Harpo Studios.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the news that Winfrey will relocate all of her Chicago-produced shows to her Oprah Winfrey Network headquarters in Los Angeles, effectively shutting down Harpo Studios. Winfrey apparently broke the news in person to her staff in Chicago this past Tuesday. The move comes two months after Winfrey moved her growing cable network into a new space in West Hollywood.

After 17 years hosting "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," Jon Stewart is retiring.

Stewart dropped that bombshell on an unsuspecting audience last night, revealing that 2015 would be his last year hosting "The Daily Show."

Stewart's contract will expire in September, but it's not clear if he'll ride the contract out until the end, or call it quits earlier.

Last night, Smith was a guest on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" when Fallon brought the former rap star back to his roots.

Fallon whipped out his iPad, unveiling his newest app purchase: "Looper. Or Loopy. Something like that" (we're pretty sure it's Loopy- that's a real app).
