'Grey's Anatomy' Recap: So Much For Their Happy Ending *Sniff*
Okay, guys. It’s time to pick ourselves up from the fetal position. Stop rocking…stop rocking. Okay, okay, let’s put a rest to those hateful tweets being sent to Shonda Rhimes, before she sic’s Papa Pope on us. The only way we’ll get through this is together. So, grab the nearest unused hankie “Grey’s Anatomy” fans, and let’s recount the last 24 hours of Derek Shepherd’s life on the “How to Save a Life” episode.

In the first sign this episode would be in the same traumatic vein as the hospital shooting, plane crash, bombing, etc., etc., is the haunting return of five-year-old Meredith, an...

Rarely Seen Relatives Pay A Visit On 'The Middle'

April 23rd, 2015 10:28am EDT
'The Middle' Season 6, Episode 21 Recap: 'Two of a Kind'
When rarely seen relatives come to visit – a time of great anticipation (stressful or hopeful) in real life, and the perfect way to establish backstory with guest characters on TV. With Dick van Dyke making his debut as Uncle Dutch, viewers of “The Middle” experienced that real anticipation. In the world of the show, his absence prior to this episode made it easy to demonstrate that he and Tag had been on the outs for years. Not to mention that Dick and Jerry van Dyke are brothers in real life, thus their portrayal as fictional brothers just made sense.

Typically in a long-simmering sit...

'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.': 'Frenemy Of My Frenemy'

April 22nd, 2015 12:00pm EDT
'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Recap: Skye's Dad Is Suddenly A Really
"The Frenemy of my Enemy" is such an apt title. This entire hour of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." was a mess of weird ties between characters who are supposed to hate each other, but have to put all that aside when Hydra suddenly rejoins the fracas in a major way. The lines aren't so much blurred as they are invisible. And also hidden behind a Helicarrier.

(Also, Hydra's newest head is one Baron Strucker, who just happens to be a part of "Avengers: Age of Ultron"- we're officially in "Age of Ultron" tie-in time, people).

The first of many strange alliance shifts: May is suddenly super sympathe...

'Grey's' Gives More Clues On Derek's Disappearance (Watch)

April 22nd, 2015 11:15am EDT
'Grey's Anatomy' Preview Video: Derek Plays Hero (Watch)
On the eve of an “episode America will not forget,” Shondaland is releasing more clues into Derek’s disappearance.

After witnessing a car crash en route to his D.C. meeting, Derek pulls car crash victims out of their toppled car, and shepherd’s (see what I did there) them away from the smoldering car before it explodes.

Quick thinking, McDreamy!! And it more than makes up for the non-existent first aid kit in his car. See the full teaser video below.

However, it’s still a mystery why flashing emergency lights were outside Meredith’s house last week. Any theories? Sound off below.

"Gr...

Judges Slam Rumer Willis' Latest DWTS Performance

April 21st, 2015 11:18am EDT
Rumer & Val On DWTS
On Monday night's "Dancing With The Stars," Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a Jazz routine that some of the judges considered raunchy and disjointed. The pair danced to Beyonce's "Bootylicious" on Spring Break Night, and naturally the routine included some butt shaking and crawling around the floor.

Julianne Hough was the first to comment, and she said of the performance, "I gotta be honest, I was a little underwhelmed. I felt like there was a lot of walking around and...I feel like there's so much more potential."

The audience jeered at her critique.

Bruno Tonioli totally di...

Jenny McCarthy Slams 'View' Producers

April 17th, 2015 10:53am EDT
Jenny McCarthy Thinks 'The View' Will Be Cancelled For Changing
Former "The View" co-host Jenny McCarthy believes the daytime talk show is on its way out. She blames the producers for changing the hosts too often.

"It's like a serial dater. Stick with one boyfriend and don't go on Tinder," McCarthy told the New York Daily News.

The comedienne/actress left the show after just one season. Longtime panelist Sherri Shepherd recently checked out, and Rosie O'Donnell, who was asked back after leaving several years prior, left for personal reasons. It's been rumored that Rosie Perez will also be jumping ship.

McCarthy says executives expect instant success ...

'Grey’s Anatomy': What Are The Flashing Lights Outside Of Meredith’s Door?

April 17th, 2015 9:34am EDT
'Grey’s Anatomy' Recap: Derek Is Found?
“Where is Derek?”

With the blue-eyed resident he locked lips with in D.C.? Nope. Based on next week’s promo, for a non-singing “How to Save a Life” episode, he’s speeding down the highway…until he witnesses a car accident. Being McDreamy he stops to save lives.

But, why are there emergency flashing lights outside of Meredith’s door at the end of this week’s episode? Did Derek get hurt in the crossfire? OMG, Was he sacrificed? Hence, the how to save a life theme. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Let’s stick to what we do know: Webber likes to jam to ‘70s girl group Musique’s “In the Bush”...

Recap: Is 'Scandal' Overdoing It With Shock Moments?

April 17th, 2015 8:42am EDT
'Scandal' Review: Memorable Moments from 'I'm Just A Bill'
It’s dangerous when a show starts to heavily rely on shocking moments rather than well-developed storylines. Scandal is far gone down the road of over relying on twists and crazy moments designed solely for Twitter trends. In earlier seasons, there were plenty of genuine shockers, from Amanda Tanner’s death to stealing an election, which elevated the show from soapy fun to must see TV. But now, Scandal has become a twist-OMG-addict, making the show more ridiculous at every turn.

Rowan’s back! Russell is like every other guy in Olivia’s life! Jake might be dead!!! Is any of this elevating t...

A New Conflict Emerges In 'The Middle'

April 16th, 2015 9:52am EDT
The Middle
Every once in a while, TV shows that are not heavily serialized will have episodes that seem like they came out of nowhere. A new conflict or new characteristic has suddenly emerged in The Middle, without any buildup or foreshadowing in previous episodes, but everyone on the show acts like this has been the new normal for some time. In that vein was “Food Courting,” in which each of the Heck children found themselves navigating a new role. For Axl and Sue, the suddenness of their situations made sense and were solid explorations of the signposts on the path to adulthood. Brick’s new pos...

'Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Breaks Down May's Past

April 15th, 2015 11:15am EDT
'Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Recap: 'Melinda' Reveals May's Backstor
"Melinda" is something "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" has been building to since it first began- the real reason why May's so surly and so hesitant to get out into the field and kick plenty of ass. Also, why she's such a non-fan of her nickname "The Cavalry."

Even with the monumental expectations "Agents" has been setting for this reveal (and, let's face it- that you could kinda figure out the twist a few minutes before it happened), May's origin story didn't disappoint. At all.

This needed to be something big and traumatic, and it was suitably horrifying. Because every time someone affectionate...
