Star Wars: Episode VIII Gets Release Date; Felicity Jones Cast I
Disney released some big news about two forthcoming films in the Star Wars saga on Thursday, revealing that the usual three-year wait between films in the first two trilogies has been halved, thus Star Wars: Episode VIII will hit theaters on May 26, 2017.

The second film in the series' sequel trilogy, which gets under way this December with Director J.J. Abrams' "The Force Awakens," also has a very significant release date: nearly 40 years to the day that the first Star Wars film was released way back in 1977. Tim Burton Takes On Live-Action Version Of Disney Classic 'Dumbo
Director Tim Burton is set to bring to life a live-action version of the hit Disney animated film, "Dumbo."

The Oscar-nominated filmmaker is attached to direct the film, written by Ehren Kruger, who wrote the last three “Transformers” movies according to Variety

Justin Springer, who worked on “Tron: Legacy” as well as “Oblivion,” is producing with Kruger.

'Ghostbusters' Calls On Channing Tatum To 'Expand Ghostbusters U
Channing Tatum will star in a new "Ghostbusters" film that will be the male counterpart to the all-female "Ghostbusters" film, scheduled for release in July 2016.

Sony studios revealed on Monday that it's setting up Ghost Corps, a production company led by original "Ghostbusters" director Ivan Reitman and the film's original star Dan Aykroyd. The two are setting up shop to work with Tatum and "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" directors Joe and Anthony Russo.

The all-female film will be directed by Paul Feig and will star Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones.
