Just over a week after The View host Jenny McCarthy changed her stance on vaccinations, actress Alicia Silverstone has come under fire for her own parenting beliefs.

Silverstone's new book on motherhood, called "The Kind Mama," gives advice to new moms and parents that many will deem controversial because of the star's views on vaccinations and her son Bear's diet.

Bryan Cranston To Reveal 'Secrets & Lies' In New Memoir
"Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston is writing a book. He will focus on his acting career, including intimate details of the five seasons he worked on the popular AMC series about Walter White, a chemistry teacher-turned-drug kingpin.

Cranston said in a statement: "Walter White taught me a lot - some of it useful, some of it dangerous. With this book, I want to tell the stories of my life and reveal the secrets and lies that I lived with for six years shooting Breaking Bad."

Scribner will release the book in autumn 2015.

The actor has also appeared in the TV series "Malcolm in the Middle"...

Author and screenwriter Ned Vizzini, 32, has committed suicide. According to the Los Angeles Times, the writer took his own life in New York on Thursday.

Vizzini is most known for his 2006 novel “It’s Kind of a Funny Story,” which centered on a high school boy who tries to kill himself and is sent to a mental hospital. Stressed out from the demands of being a teenager, 16-year-old Craig checks himself into a mental health clinic. There he learns that the youth ward is closed and finds himself stuck in the adult ward.

A handful of unpublished short stories by J.D. Salinger have been leaked online. Salinger, who wrote "The Catcher In The Rye," secluded himself after the huge success of his only published novel and stopped publishing work in 1965.

Following his death in 2010, the writer left instructions that his unpublished works should not be seen for 50 years after his death.

Despite his request, earlier this week a scanned copy of three of Salinger's unpublished works was uploaded to a file-sharing website by an anonymous user under the title "Three Stories."

Cary Elwes is set to recall his experiences on the set of cult fantasy film The Princess Bride for a new book.

Elwes has teamed up with biographer Joe Layden for the tome, which is scheduled to be published next year .

The 51 year-old actor played hero Westley in the 1987 movie, opposite Robin Wright, Billy Crystal and Andre the Giant, among others.

Norwegian comedy duo Ylvis ave signed a deal with publishing house Simon & Schuster to adapt the lyrics from their hit single "The Fox (What Does The Fox Say)" into a new children's book titled, well, "What Does The Fox Say?"

Brothers Vegard and Bard Ylvisaker created the song and its accompanying video to mess around with producers of their Norwegian TV series "I kveld med Ylvis," but the song became a viral hit on YouTube and racked up over 200 million hits.
