Rodger Bumpass, the actor who voices Squidward on children's show 'SpongeBob SquarePants,' was arrested Friday, January 15 in Burbank, California after reportedly driving under the influence.

US Weekly has the report that Bumpass was found by police resting against his vehicle in the middle of the street at about 11 p.m. that evening. The Los Angeles Times said that when officers approached, Bumpass tried to walk away but fell down.

Drake Bell, former star of the hit Nickelodeon series "Drake & Josh" was arrested on Dec. 21 on suspicion of DUI.

People Magazine reported that the actor and singer was pulled over in Glendale, California.

The magazine reported that Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot stated the popular actor was pulled over at 2:18 a.m. by police for "straddling a lane, traveling at an unsafe speed and abruptly stopping at a red light."

Lightfoot then explained that officers "smelled an odor of alcohol" and administered a sobriety test, which Bell "did not satisfactorily complete," she added.

Nickelodeon is reportedly taking some of their best '90s toons and bringing them back to television in a new network called "The Splat."

A Twitter account with the name is adding fuel to the fire that this could actually be happening!

The Splat is reportedly a brand new television channel dedicated to your favorite ’90s Nicktoons of yesterday, according to E!
