In the post-apocalyptic thriller "Snowpiercer," climate change has made earth inhabitable. The handful of souls who have survived live on a train that perpetually circles the same track.

Conditions on the train vary greatly between different factions.

Inhabitants in the back of the train live in poverty. They are cold and hungry and forced to do whatever it takes to survive. Those at the front of the train are wealthy and indulge in drugs and alcohol.

Scarlett Johansson was reportedly offered a whopping $10M to star as the lead in the live action version of popular magna comic, "Ghost in the Shell."

Johansson's name was put into consideration following her starring turn in the Luc Besson surprise hit, "Lucy" and her repeat role as Natasha Romanov/Black Widow in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" due in 2015.

Initially, Margot Robbie was to star in the lead role of Motoko Kusanagi, but instead the actress actively pursued a role in David Ayer's "Suicide Squad."

The film, based on Nathaniel Philbrick's best-selling book of the same name, which tells the true story of the sinking of Nantucket-based whaleship Essex in 1820 by a great whale.

Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsuijihara revealed on Wednesday the titles of 10 DC Comics movies the studio will be releasing from 2016 to 2020, including "The Flash," starring Ezra Miller. The Flash, a.k.a Barry Allen, is also expected to appear in the upcoming Batman movie.

In August, the movie studio revealed the dates for the nine untitled DC releases at t he same time it moved "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" from May 2016 to March 2016 in order to avoid competition with Marvel's "Captain America 3."
