Tracy Morgan has filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart over the highway crash that critically injured him and killed standup comedian James McNair last month.

The lawsuit claims Wal-Mart was negligent when Kevin Roper, the driver of the tractor-trailer smashed into the former 30 Rock star's limousine van. Declaring the company should have known their driver had been awake for over twenty four hours, and that his commute of 700 miles from his home in Georgia to work in Delaware was "unreasonable."

Justin Bieber has been sentenced to two years probation and five days of community service and ordered to take an anger management class as a result of throwing eggs at a neighbor's home in California in January.

"Midnight Rider" director Randall Miller, his producer wife, and an executive producer have all been charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass following the death of a camera assistant on the Georgia set of the Allman Brothers biopic.

In February, Sarah Jones, 27, was hit by a train and killed while the production crew was shooting in Wayne County. Six additional crew members were injured on the train tracks.

Ice-T's grandson was involved in an accidental shooting earlier this week and has been arrested for killing his roommate in Georgia.

On Tuesday, Elyjah Marrow, 19, was in his apartment with his friend Daryus Johnson. Marrow was handling a handgun when it accidentally fired.

According to, police took the teen into custody and charged him with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and reckless conduct.
