'Bachelor' Creator Charged With Harassing Brooke Burke Charvet &
Mike Fleiss, the man behind the popular reality competition series "The Bachelor," has been charged with harassing his neighbors Brooke Burke-Charvet and her husband David Charvet.

The Charvets complained that Fleiss physically threatened them and blared barking dog sounds directed at their property during all hours of the day and night. The L.A. County district attorney has since charged Fleiss with disturbing the peace by loud noise, according to TMZ. Fleiss was reportedly uncooperative during the investigation.

The Charvets unsuccessfully tried to get a restraining order in October.

Taryn Manning of "Orange Is the New Black" took to Twitter to dispute reports that she was arrested on suspicion of threatening to kill her former roommate in New York City.

Manning plays spitfire inmate Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett on the hit Netflix series.

She said on the social network site, "There are no charges against me. ... This is just further harassment. It is troubling that the system can be used to abuse the actual victim."

Andy Dick has been arrested for theft. The actor/comedian was arrested in Los Angeles, Calif., on Friday night after reportedly stealing a $1,000 necklace from a man on Hollywood Boulevard earlier this month.

The former "NewsRadio" star was released from police custody early Saturday morning. He posted $25,000 bail and is due in court on Dec. 4.

He isn't the only celebrity who was recently arrested for theft. In late October, hip-hop star Suge Knight and comedian Katt Williams were arrested because they "forcibly" grabbed a camera from a female paparazzo in Beverly Hills earlier this fall...

Lindsay Lohan's probation over a 2011 theft case has been finalized. Three years ago the actress was accused of stealing a piece of jewelry worth $2,500 from a store in Venice. She pleaded no contest to a charge of misdemeanor.

Police have taken Suge Knight into custody for allegedly stealing a photographer's camera in September. The hip-hop star went to court with his attorney in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Wednesday to formally surrender to authorities. He pleaded not guilty, and bail was set at $500,000.

Fima Potik is suing Lindsay Lohan and her brother Michael over a phone app the pair is developing. Potik claims he star and her brother worked with im on the idea for celebrity fashion website Spotted Friend and then went on to create an "identical" cell phone app with a rival company.

A judge has since issued a temporary restraining order aginst the siblings, ordering them to stop work on the app, called Vigme. They will not be able to launch, promote or market the app.

Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa has hired a team of lawyers to look into the comedienne's death. Rivers, 81, died in September after suffering cardiac and respiratory arrest during a routine throat procedure at a medical clinic in New York City.
